Luna Nails & Beauty was born from a simple idea: there had to be a better way to do nails.

Before opening Luna, Kat Trinh worked in an accounting practice — a stable career on paper, but one that never quite felt right. Kat had always been drawn to creativity, detail, and working with her hands. Nails became her creative outlet — a place where art, precision, and self-expression came together.

As Kat spent more time in the industry, she noticed something missing. Too many salons were focused on volume over value — rushing clients through appointments, using harsh products, and treating nails as a transaction rather than a craft. Kat dreamed of creating a space that felt different: a salon where clients were listened to, cared for, and left genuinely loving their nails.

A Boutique Salon, Done Differently

That vision became Luna Nails & Beauty. From day one, Luna was designed as a boutique, appointment-based salon — not a high-turnover shop. Every service is intentionally unrushed, allowing time for proper consultation, careful application, and beautiful results that last.

We believe nails should enhance your natural beauty, not damage it. That’s why we choose high-quality, non-toxic, plant-based products wherever possible and specialise in builder gel / BIAB — a healthier alternative to traditional acrylics that supports strong, natural nails.
